You will receive an email about 4 weeks before your membership is set to expire. This email will guide you through the process of selecting your new membership tier and completing your renewal on the new platform.
3. Will I lose access to my membership or benefits during the transition?
No, your membership will remain active and you will continue to receive all benefits until your renewal date. The transition will happen automatically when your membership expires.
4. Will my payment information transfer automatically to the new platform?
No, your payment information will not transfer. When it’s time to renew, you’ll be prompted to update your payment details through Zeffy.
5. How do I know which membership tier to choose?
When your renewal time approaches, we will send you an email with a clear explanation of the Green Bottle Membership tiers and help guide you to the tier that works best for your financial situation.

6. Why is NACPM changing membership platforms?
NACPM is transitioning to Zeffy to save the organization $4,500 annually, which allows us to allocate more resources to advancing midwifery education and advocacy. Zeffy is a no-cost platform that offers improved functionality, including the ability for members to select flexible payment options, while still maintaining the same high level of service and access to NACPM resources.
7. What are the benefits of Zeffy compared to Wild Apricot (our old system)?
Zeffy provides several advantages over the previous platform:

9. Will I need to create a new account on Zeffy?
No, your membership information will automatically transfer to Zeffy. However, if you were previously on a recurring membership through the Wild Apricot platform, you will need to set that up again when your membership renews.
10. How do I access my account on the new platform?
There will not be a traditional login for members. Zeffy tracks membership and sends member-specific communications, including emails and discount codes. You can manage your membership through these communications.
11. Will my previous membership history be available on Zeffy?
Yes, NACPM staff will have access to your membership history. However, members won’t have direct access to past records through the Zeffy platform.
12. What happens if I forget my login credentials?
Since there is no traditional login system for members on Zeffy, there is no need to worry about forgetting credentials. You will receive membership-specific emails, and we can assist if you have any issues with your registration.
